Negotiators’ Club is an interactive and immersive simulation of real negotiations. It is a negotiation training during which participants improve their negotiation skills and learn new negotiation tactics, principles, or strategies from other participants. Different negotiation scenarios, changing situations and negotiator roles help the participant to develop his/her negotiation skills. These negotiation trainings strengthen the ability to adapt to the changing dynamics of negotiations in real time, sharpen your reaction to received unexpected offers, help you navigate between different positions and steer the course of negotiations in a direction, which is beneficial to you.

During negotiation training, the participants are presented with negotiation scenarios that have actually happened or have been adapted to the simulation. Participants are divided into negotiation teams and conduct negotiations in real time based on the information provided in the script. At the end of the negotiations, the participants share with the group the results achieved, discuss the tactics used and evaluate their successes and failures. This approach creates a positive learning environment where participants learn from each other’s mistakes and winning strategies.
