Strong relations between members is the basis of the effective team

Team building activities

Creating a movie is an engaging team activity that promotes communication between team members, clear distribution of roles and responsibilities, and develops project management skills. This dynamic activity strengthens the bond between individual team members and helps create shared experiences and memories. And this, in turn, forms a healthy and mutually supportive relationship.

Your team will be welcomed and guided by a team of established film industry professionals. They will introduce participants to the behind the scenes of the film industry and will explain the PROCESS of what it takes to make a movie, from an idea to finished product. This team building exercise thus allows team members to improve their project management skills towards a common goal. Actors, the director, producer, cinematographers, lighting, make-up artists, painters, set designers… – the creation of a film involves many specialists playing different roles, and the success lies in aligned and finely tuned fulfillment of these different responsibilities. During the event, the participants will have to divide themselves into roles, they will be introduced to their responsibilities and tasks, which they will have to delve into and implement. The joint work and implementation of responsibilities of ALL people involved in the process will add up to the finished project.

During this engaging team-building process, you will create a unique short film that will serve as a great memory and evidence of effective and successful teamwork!

A workshop for kickstarting your Creativity

Creativity is considered one of the most important qualities of an employee in the modern labor market. The main reasons for this are:

An employee with active creativity can generate different approaches of solving problems, look at the situation from previously unseen angles and use creative energy to generate new ideas.

Creativity allows employees to calmly take on complex tasks and solve complex problems without stress. Creative people are curious. And curiosity leads to new ideas, thoughts, and innovations. Creative people bring a unique energy to the team, which provides inertia, helps it grow and achieve its goals.

Furthermore, creativity in a team promotes positivity. Positive teams have been proven to be more productive and efficient than those dominated by negative emotions or tension. The ability to generate new ideas, solve difficult situations, use unique energy of creativity and positive atmosphere increase the confidence within the team. A confident team is an efficient and strong team.

With the help of engaging theatrical, visual and musical tasks, the creative thinking workshop will help team members to release their own creative energy and that of their team and encourage them to search for new connections and ideas. The warm and creative personality Jone will accompany the participants on their creative journey during the event. Jone developed her skills at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts, the Ferenc List Academy in Hungary and obtained a master’s degree in art, creativity and education program at the University of Cambridge.

A look within. A camp to reach my Emotional balance.

I am a calm and confident person. I am authentic, I follow my own unique path, I know what is important to me and I know what I want. I know which battles I pick and fight to victory, and which distractions I write off in the general noise of life, not letting them throw me off balance.

This is picture of a person with strong emotional support and feeling of inner balance between his/her values, needs, thoughts, emotions, feelings, and actions. The purpose of the emotional balance camp is to help you find your emotional support, introduce you to the emotional world and to tools we have for managing it, and at the same time help you get closer to your personal goals and increase your daily positive feeling. Managing your emotions first starts with getting to know your emotions. Emotional intelligence is that “something” in each of us that influences how we manage our behavior, make decisions at work and in our personal lives, navigate team and social relationships, and how all of this affects the results we achieve.

For successful leadership and communication with people in general, emotional intelligence is very important. EI helps you successfully lead your team to a common goal, manage your own and team members’ stress, provide feedback and create a positive team atmosphere that promotes creativity and work efficiency. Psychologist Daniel Goleman, one of the main pioneers of the topic of emotional intelligence, states that “the most effective leaders share one critical characteristic: they all have a high degree of what is called emotional intelligence.”

A study by TalentSmart showed that as many as 90% of the best employees have high emotional intelligence. On the other hand, only 20% of low performers had high emotional intelligence scores. It is possible to be a TOP employee with a low EI score, but the odds are slim. Another study, conducted by researchers at the University of Ulster (UK), compared data from 38 managers’ evaluations (a total of 1,300 surveys) with those managers’ Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT). It was found that there is a strong correlation between the EI score and the evaluation of management by their subordinates.

During the camp, participants will learn to get to know the world of their emotions, perform various emotion recognition and management exercises and test emotion management tools. During the camp, participants will also get to know Daniel, an expert in natural medicine and South American Indian practitioner of inner harmony. Together with Daniel, the participants will not only discuss the influence of the environment and habits on our emotional stability and well-being but will also take part in an authentic traditional heated stone sauna ceremony, practiced by South America locals. The purpose of the sauna ceremony is to help participants clear their emotional field and strengthen the foundation of their emotional stability.
